1. Workspace Name or Logo
You may change your workspace name or logo by clicking « Personalize », « Basics », « Change basics ».
2. Side bar
You can place pages, folders, or private rooms in this section. Select « Insert in the sidebar » when publishing a page in your workspace or in a folder/room options. You can reorder the links in this sidebar by changing the basics of your workspace (link « personalize »).
3. Workspace management
Workspace users can use the link « Personalize » to use the offline mode. Managers can change the basics and use management functionalities such as private rooms and inner rooms or forms. By clicking on the link “Members”, managers can also add or delete members and manage access rights and groups.
4. Tools: sitemap, search, news...
This toolbar helps you use collaborative functionalities: notify a member, print a document, see the latest news, change the workspace skin, add backup, add storage space, consult the statistics.
5. Content
The main content is located in the central window. To publish a document or simple page: click “New” and select a type of page corresponding to your content. You can directly upload your Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat, or Images.

7. Action Icons
At any time this area shows what you can do in the workspace with your access rights: create, modify, delete, respond, create a revision, publish…
