Klipfolio is a notification application that enables you to keep track of several sources of information, such as weather reports, stock quotes, your email or your workspace.
What is a Klip ?- A Klip: a window opened on your desktop that enables you to view a remote service or information in real time.
- Klipfolio: the application that manages Klips
- mayeticVillage Klip: A Klip that keeps tracks of news published in your mayeticVillage workspace.
- By creating mayeticVillage Klips, you can track new information published in your workspace without logging on to the workspace.
- In general, Klips can display any new information published to a web site or to a selected service.
- Klips enables you to monitor every folder, room and inner-room of every workspace: new information is simply displayed in your Klip manager opened on your desktop.

Once a Klip is created, simply configure it by right-clicking and selecting “Klip Setup” and enter the following information: - User name
- Password
- Name of Workspace
- News refresh rate (for example 1 day to receive daily workspace news)
- Type of Workspace (free, enterprises)
- Server hosting the workspace (English, French, Spanish)
- You may also configure specific alerts based on keywords, or apply filters to receive select information only.
