Site map Presentation
Find your mayetic collaborative space tree in one click
Click on
the link "Sitemap" in the "Tools" section below the sidebar. | |
You may now directly browse through your workspace tree and find all documents, pages, folders and rooms you have access to, in 2 clicks :
"Expand" : Expands all ramifications starting from the root
"Collapse" : collapses all ramifications
"Update" : refreshes Site map when the content of the workspace has been edited (room added, page deleted...)
"Close" : closes Site Map
Tree starts with the name of the workspace. In the example on the left, the community is called "download"
Door-shaped icon "  " allows expanding a room tree. In case of a room or a folder the node may be expanded by clicking the icon "  ". To collapse the node click the icon " "
Clicking on a folder or room icon directly opens the introduction page of the folder or room
All documents of your workspace are represented by the "  " icon. User opens the document by clicking on the icon or title of the page.
Icon showing a planet "  " indicates a URL link. The web page may open in a sub-window or a new window. The choice depends on the settings done by the page author.

Using the right click , you can directly copy the URL of a page from the Site Map or open a link in a
new window ("Copy Shortcut", "Open in New Window").
To observe confidentiality of information, the Site Map does not display a complete collaborative workspace tree but only those parts the user has access to. So if you don't have access to a room, you cannot view the link to this room in the Site Map.
