Workspace Statistics Service
Access the frequency of visits to your workspace : per page, per user, per week, ...
Find all statistics you need to monitor your collaborative workspace.
The "statistics" link is located in the toolbar
This link is only accessible to workspace managers |  |
The site statistics service section is divided into 4 parts :
- "View statistics" : View your workspace statistics according to user, page, date, ...
- "Settings" : (page editable by managers): language, purge delay, users and/or IP address ignored...
- "Export to Excel" : automatically downloads data to Microsoft Excel format.
- "Infos" : Displays current manager and date
Offline Mode:
The statistics feature also provides the frequency of visits for the Offline Mode
(See Workshop section: Offline Mode)
Trace Details:
You may display trace details by clicking on the link related to a visit :
| Statistics Views | Comments |
 |
| Visitor | Traces visits per period (Month/Week) and per section (Folder/Page/...) for each user. |
| Pages Visited | Traces pages or sections visited per user over a given period. |
| Date Visited | Traces dates of visit per page or subject for a given user |
| Flat View | Lists detailed traces of visit per pack of100 lines :
